Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing support to the Assistant Manager and Manager, analysis of sales data for the company within the commercial department, and communication with customers.
Job Description
  • - Assists with Volume and Revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
  • - Provides recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.
  • - Performs sales price verification with customers;
  • - Maintains SAP system data timely and accurately as required.
  • - Communicates with customers to assist to resolve concerns.
  • - Provides information on customer requests and reporting.
  • - Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
  • - Assisting with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
  • - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
  • - Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred
  • - Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with the Korean Customers and Suppliers (most of communication, written and verbal, is in Korean language).
  • - Understanding of industry and Customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.
  • - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.
  • - Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • - Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • - Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.
