Based in our Sherman, Texas, facility, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that help drive informed business decisions and advance organizational goals. This role contributes to key initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, intelligent automation, and ongoing financial performance improvement.

As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Support planning cycles such as POR, budget development, profit reviews, and related submissions and presentations. 
  • Perform month‑end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of recurring and ad‑hoc financial reports. 
  • Analyze financial data, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decisions. 
  • Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives by leveraging new tools to create accurate, consistent, and timely reporting. 
  • Partner with leaders to develop materials for key meetings and presentations. 
  • Lead annual budget preparation and annual costing updates.

Who You Are:

You ground yourself in data and focus on key metrics. You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You identify and seize new opportunities. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. 

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years of experience working in finance or accounting functions. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with teams and leaders across the organization.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position. 

 Preferred Qualification That Set You Apart:  

  • Masters Degree
  • Oracle and Hyperion (HFM) experience
