Job description

Position Summary
In need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative for a growing bulk bag company to provide administrative and customer support to our Outside Sales Team. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, and sales operations run efficiently.
Candidates with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or other detail-oriented are encouraged to apply. This position requires strong analytical skills, data verification, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced bullpen environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently; review and validate sales data for accuracy and completeness.
• verify pricing, quantities, and customer information before order entry.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Assist with preparing customer quotes, proposals, and sales-related correspondence.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor orders from entry through delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and validate sales data for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, customer information, and inventory.
• Generate reports and assist with sales tracking and performance metrics.
• Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
• Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, data entry, or related administrative roles preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional mindfulness and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to handle customer conversations by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field but not required.
• Experience reviewing financial, pricing, or inventory-related data.
