The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional timing. The position emphasizes data-driven root cause analysis to resolve supply disruptions and improve inventory health. Additionally, it provides leadership by developing team capabilities, managing performance, and fostering accountability while upholding company values and operational standards to deliver consistent, cost-effective inventory solutions.

Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional partners, they ensure smooth inventory flow and timely issue resolution. Emphasizing accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making, the team delivers effective replenishment solutions aligned with business goals. Leveraging expertise in merchandising, category management, financial forecasting, and data analysis, members support informed decisions and drive successful outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance by managing supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution precision.
  • Align launch forecasts and inventory flows to meet timing and demand for new and promotional items.
  • Lead root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock issues and improve inventory health metrics.
  • Manage product flow through supply chain systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the right time and cost.
  • Provide leadership by training, mentoring, and developing team members while promoting ethical standards and continuous improvement.
