Position Overview

Hennion & Walsh is seeking ambitious, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our Investment Associate Career Development Program. This paid 18-month training program is designed for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in financial services and become licensed Financial Advisors.

As an Investment Associate, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and financial support while preparing for the FINRA licensing exams required to become a Financial Advisor. We pay you while you study and continue to provide training, mentorship, and career development once licensed.

Unlike many entry-level financial services roles, this program offers a structured path for growth with ongoing support, mentorship from experienced advisors, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing investment firm. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to help clients work toward their financial goals.

Position Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the firm’s Financial Advisor training and licensing program
  • Study for and complete FINRA licensing examinations with firm support
  • Learn investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies
  • Develop communication and relationship-building skills through advisor mentorship
  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships

The base salary range for this trainee position is $30,000.00-61,000.00 per year, plus variable compensation. Please note this role requires in-person attendance.

Placement in the range will vary based on performance throughout the training period.
