Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Wealth and Financial Advisor company in North Dallas.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage CRM systems, including data entry, client database maintenance, and reporting.
  • Administer financial services platforms (Box, EZ-App, Investment e-App, underwriting systems).
  • Coordinate case management, underwriting, and application processing.
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and wealth management teams.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate client meetings.
  • Deliver high-level customer service and client relationship support.
  • Handle inbound calls, message routing, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread business correspondence and documentation.
  • Process client communications and documentation with Home Office.
  • Maintain organized client records, files, and compliance documentation.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative support (financial services preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Texas Insurance Group I License preferred.
