The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to company policies. This position works closely with the corporate accounting team and property leadership to maintain financial integrity and support the hotel’s financial goals.

Essential Functions:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits.

  • Supervise and train accounting staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
