Job description

Accounting Manager Position Summary The Accounting Manager will perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records. Track sources and uses of funds.

Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation. Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions. Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.

Prepare variance analyses and financial reports. Support investor, lender, and auditor requests. Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
