Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise
  • Submit paperwork to obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals including any contingencies related to customer approval
  • Set up and maintain an adequate program which will ensure a 100 percent turnover ratio to the F&I Department
  • Set up finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income
  • Prepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and share with the Dealer, General Sales Manager, and Comptroller
  • Verify complete accuracy for all sales department paperwork including correct titles, lien information taxes, etc.
  • The Finance and Insurance Manager will verify accuracy of all car deal paperwork and conduct paper delivery for all deals

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Previous Finance Manager experience required demonstrating product penetration
  • Proven track record demonstrating high customer satisfaction scores
  • Ability to form, grow and coach a team
  • Ability to manage Key Performance Indicators to improve results
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Excellent computer skills (training for dealership computer systems)
  • Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record
