Job description

Location: 1300 North Trenton St.   Ruston, LA


Summary:

As a Universal Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps them with everyday banking needs. From processing deposits and withdrawals to assisting with loan payments and issuing cashier’s checks, you’ll ensure every transaction is accurate and efficient. You’ll also help balance daily transactions, support your teammates, and take on a variety of branch tasks to keep things running smoothly. As needed, you may also help open and close accounts, update member information, and provide account support.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
  • General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems
