A Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Finance Practice for their Dallas or Houston office.


The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience representing lenders or borrowers in commercial loans. Experience in representing institutional and non-traditional lenders in connection with the planning, negotiation, documentation and workout of syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, asset-based loans, loan sale transactions, and dealing with distressed real estate or representing lenders on various types of commercial real estate projects including financing for acquisition, development, and construction of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, owner-occupied, single-tenant, mixed-use projects and lot development.
