As we expand our U.S. presence, Implement Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience at a reputable management consultancy to help grow our Finance & Risk practice in Raleigh.

This role combines strategic advisory, transformation leadership, and entrepreneurial influence in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.

Your Impact

You will lead and deliver high-impact Finance & Risk engagements, advising CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders across industries.

Your focus areas may include:

  • Finance transformation and target operating models

  • Risk management frameworks and governance structures

  • Performance management and controlling concepts

  • Regulatory and compliance initiatives

  • Financial planning, cost optimization, and capital management
