  • Spend Globalization: Assist in auditing, mapping, and centralizing global spend patterns specifically relating to Trayport and TSX platforms to ensure cross-regional alignment and compliance.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format financial spreadsheets, cost-tracking dashboards, and summaries for security executive review, ensuring professional presentation and airtight accuracy.

  • AI Exploration: Explore Google Gemini to automate financial data categorization, text extraction from security vendor contracts/invoices, and routine reporting tasks across GTS ISO.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other related data-entry or administrative financial tasks and contribute to special departmental or compliance projects as assigned.

  • Cost-per-Workstation Analysis: Execute comprehensive financial analysis to determine technology and security cost allocations per person and per workstation.

  • Internship Knowledge Transition: Lift, assume ownership of, and finalize remaining baseline projects and operational tasks transitioned from the outgoing intern cohort.

  • Ability to work independently, handle large datasets, and manage multiple tasks effectively without losing accuracy.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial data trends clearly to technology stakeholders.

  • Highly resourceful, analytical, and a proactive problem solver who enjoys "detective work" in financial data.

  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
