We have an immediate opening for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience assisting clients with municipal finance matters including service as bond, underwriters and disclosure counsel, in connection with the issuance of revenue, general obligation, refinancing, and other bond and municipal financing matters, and related tax matters. Must have a strong transactional background with excellent writing ability, experience working on complex, multi-party transactions, and experience or commitment to public finance.  Experience with Proposition 218 is preferred, but not required.  We are open to location, as long as the candidate is committed to becoming licensed in California.

 The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an attorney with three or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.  We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
