A Finance Producer is a finance professional responsible for helping customers obtain the financing they need to purchase the vehicle of their choice. Finance Producers not only work directly with customers interested in a car loan, but they are also responsible for completing all of the required documentation for each financing transaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
  • Correctly prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction index (CSI) score goals each month
  • Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products to customers

Qualifications:
  • Must be a driven outgoing individual with excellent communication skills
  • At least 3-5 years experience in automotive finance
  • Management experience is preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check
