Job description

The Job San Bernardino County Human Resources is recruiting for Human Capital Management Analyst Trainees who specialize in the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, Self-Service applications and interfaced systems both to and from the County. The incumbent will operate as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) team which performs functional analysis and project management work for the County's Human Resources processes and systems. The position will provide expert instruction and guidance to end-users; act as a liaison between technical support services; and perform related maintenance support or implementation project work, as required.

OPPORTUNITY TO PROMOTE Human Capital Management Analyst Trainees are eligible for promotion to Human Capital Management Analyst upon successful completion of a training program and receipt of a satisfactory work progress report. Minimum Requirements EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of full-time equivalent professional-level administrative experience primarily performing analytical duties in one or more of the following areas: payroll, human resources, IT systems, fiscal or accounting. -- AND-- EDUCATION: A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, public or business administration, human resources, information technology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or closely related field of study.

Qualifying degrees must be completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. Degrees or coursework completed outside the U.S. must be accompanied with an evaluation report from a reputable credential evaluation service showing equivalency to degrees or coursework completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education
