Job description

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for identifying, managing, and documenting events, discrepancies
associated with either product or process as well as managing, writing any investigations that may be a result
of those event, processing and investigating for customers, and consumer product complaints.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Essential Duties:
a. Perform incoming, set up, in-process and final inspection activities as specified by control plans using
inspection tools such as micrometers, optical comparator, calipers.
b. Perform audits and develop reports and tracking measurements as assigned by Production Planning Manager
or Quality Assurance Manager.
c. Complete inspection record as specified by product control plan and work instructions.
d. As needed, perform open layout inspections, fulfilling product control plan and First Article requirements.
2. Supports all company programs and strictly adheres to company policies.
3. Performs other functions as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
