Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Collaborate with Quality Department to develop and implement site-specific Quality Program
  • Act as on-site lead for implementation of the Quality Control Plan for their inspectors and applicable third-party inspectors and testers
  • Supervise, train, and schedule Quality Control Inspectors while ensuring proper application of Standard Inspection and Testing Instructions
  • Administer the Managing Nonconformance Process at the project level and ensure timely resolution of nonconformance reports
  • Perform inspections, tests, and field audits

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • A two-year related degree; or equivalent of education and experience
  • Two (2) years of Quality Control process and procedure
  • Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications
  • Basic understanding of mechanical functions of equipment, of AC/DC principles, cable terminations, and inspection/testing equipment
  • Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
