Job description

  • Assure quality of production process by periodic verification for every work order (SAP QM) according to BU specific inspection planning
  • Measure characteristics and document results for parts per SAP QM according to BU specific inspection planning
  • Preparation of parts for inspection
  • Validate part compliance to published Quality Alerts
  • Ensuring proper communication between production and quality team
  • Authority to stop production if generating non-conforming parts or failure to follow defined processes and escalate according "escalation matrix".
  • Support in analyze the SPC results for capability studies in frequently times, escalate and verifies improvements.
  • Support in review historical data to observe any trend to guide production to start improvement activities
  • Monitoring of ElringKlinger quality standard during complete production process of each production order
  • Protect ElringKlinger from customer complaints and related financial risk
  • Provide parts for specific inspection upon request (e.g. requalification, product audit...)
  • Other duties, as assigned
