What We Would Like You to Do

AER Technologies, Inc is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our success-driven quality control team. The primary role of our Quality Control Inspector (Final Tester) is to perform a final test of the units to ensure defects have been fixed and the units are ready to ship. In this role, you will:

  • Perform accurate and detailed visual inspections of products according to the manufacturers' specifications and company quality standards
  • Perform accurate flash-programming of all audio and cluster-related products and rotate between them daily (on an as-needed basis and as directed)
  • Collect data for record-keeping purposes

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to upload new software for automotive updates
  • Strong interpersonal skills. A team player is needed to maintain an ongoing harmonious work environment
  • Good organization skills
