Are you an entry-level automotive technician looking to start or grow your career with a trusted dealership?
At Secor Subaru, we are a busy, professional service center that has proudly served New London County for over 40 years. We are looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our Service Department and take advantage of hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive shop environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their automotive skills and grow into a Subaru-certified technician through manufacturer training and continued development.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform basic maintenance services including:
    • Oil changes.
    • Tire rotations.
    • Fluid checks and top-offs.
    • Filter replacements.
    • Basic vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct Subaru multi-point inspections and accurately document findings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay.
  • Properly clock on and off labor operations.
  • Complete repair orders clearly and accurately.
  • Test drive vehicles when required.
  • Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Support the Service Department and contribute to overall shop efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
