Job description

Compensation and Benefits:

We're looking for a motivated and skilled installer experienced with large format graphics (interior and exterior) as well as decorative glass films, interior signage, dimensional graphics and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities and solve problems on the fly. We take the jobs we do seriously but have a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere among our team.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Glass treatment applications including privacy and translucent films (wet apply a must), distraction bands, cut/printed solid graphics
  • Self-adhesive vinyl applications to walls (drywall, wood, block and brick), floors (indoors/outdoor with heat assist) and objects such as pillars, posts, etc. This includes single and multi-panel graphics
  • Commercial vehicle branding, from decals to full wraps (we don't do any private vehicle/color change work)
  • Sign installs including ADA signs, cut vinyl graphics, dimensional letters/logos, and the occasional outdoor sign
  • Some experience with production such as laminating, weeding, pre-masking is a plus but not a requirement
  • 3M or Avery certifications are a plus
  • 3M DiNoc experience a plus

Required Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large format sign and graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, Geek Wraps), vehicle lettering, and vehicle wraps, to name a few.
  • Some experience with production such as laminating, weeding, pre-masking is a plus but not a requirement
  • 3M or Avery certifications are a plus
  • 3M DiNoc experience a plus
  • Applicants should also have experience in Vinyl Production - Taping / Weeding / Masking
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude; a problem-solver at heart
  • Able to lift 30lbs
