Job description

This position is located in the Cinematic Arts Dept. As a Film Gear Closet Student Worker, you'll help manage the daily reservations and maintenance of film equipment.

May be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Requirements:

  • Experience with camera equipment
  • Familiarity with Cheqroom or Equipment Online System

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily gear reservations
  • Assemble reservations made through Cheqroom
  • Hand off reserved equipment to students
  • Check reserved back into the closet
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of film equipment
  • Assist students and professors with gear and studio questions
  • Learn maintenance and care of all film equipment
