Job Title: Automotive PPF/ Window Tint Installer/Detailer Location: Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin, Alberta Employment Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Legacy Dodge is a reputable car dealership located in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, committed to delivering exceptional automotive services to our valued customers. We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality standards and providing an outstanding customer experience. We are seeking a skilled Automotive PPF / Window Tint Installer including Detailing to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for installing 3M paint protection films, window tints, and other protective products on various vehicles at our dealership. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and an understanding of automotive surfaces and materials. This role requires someone with previous experience in automotive tint and paint protection film installations, who is dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Apply 3M paint protection film (PPF) to designated vehicle surfaces (e.g., hoods, mirrors, fenders) following precise specifications. Install high-quality window tints that meet industry standards and customer preferences. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring no bubbles, creases, or imperfections

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and industry guidelines. Consult with customers as needed to understand their preferences and provide information on available products. Collaborate with team members, including the sales and service teams, to coordinate installations.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and installation techniques for 3M and tinting materials. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience with automotive tint and/or paint protection film installation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in applying 3M PPF, window tints, and other protective coatings.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to craftsmanship in all installations. Customer Service: Ability to communicate professionally and provide information to customers regarding product options. Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various positions (standing, bending, etc.) for extended periods

Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to meet dealership standards. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of different tinting and PPF materials and installation techniques. Certification or training in 3M PPF installation is a plus.
