Job description

Valgroup is hiring a Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:
  • Night Shift- 2-2-3 (7:30pm-7:30am)
  • Department: Specialty Films
  • This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
  • Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
  • Pull and weigh film rolls, cut cores, move resin
  • Assist line start-up
  • Learn to Operate Forklift
  • Assist other projects and work as needed
Skills needed for success:
  • Mechanical ability and problem solving
  • Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred
