The Role
From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most-making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

  • Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • 12-hour shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm - 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
  • Rotational Shifts: Rotates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks
What You'll Do
  • Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the training curriculum where you will learn how to drive and operate a forklift as well as use other packaging tools
  • Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line with the use of a pallet jack
  • Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
  • Ensuring a clean, safe work environment
  • Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary:
  • Wages ranging from $19.00 per hour +, dependent upon experience
  • Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
