Job description

Salary: Per A.B.O.S.A. contract; $25.56 - $32.41  19 hours per week

Responsibilities: Office Support Assistant is called upon to handle a significant number of details including maintaining school-related confidential information, the operation of office technologies, typing correspondences, computer data entry, and working directly with parents/families. Also working with the general public faculty, students, parents and general public and other school personnel under the direction of the School Administrative Assistant and Principal. 

Qualifications: High School degree, Associate or Bachelor degree required. Knowledge of or ability to learn all school based technology applications (PowerSchool, Munis, Microsoft Word/Excel, and FileMaker Pro). Ability to deal effectively & tactfully with the public and to maintain confidential information. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and flexibility.
