Position is .6 for One Year, then Full Time starting 7/1/2027

Full Time Salary Range: ย $90,000 - $100,000ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

Administer personnel benefits, retirement, and open enrollment programs.ย  Onboard new employees. Coordinate reporting to state and local agencies.ย  Manage internal data systems and data collection initiatives.ย 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  2. Administer retirement program.
  3. Report to state and local and federal agencies.
  4. Manage internal data systems for reporting, analysis, and data collectionย 
    ย 

Qualifications:ย 

1. Education:ย  College Degree preferred

2. Skills and Abilities:ย  knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Excel, Word and Google Suite; ability to exchange and manipulate relational data between systems, superior organizational abilities; ability to work well with people

3. Preferred Knowledge: Guidelines and benefits specific to administrators, teachers, support and custodial staff; Mass. Teachers' and Middlesex Retirement Systems; Chapter 32B regulations; insurance provider options; and State and Federal Reporting Regulations

4. Certification or License:ย  none requiredย
