SOL Engineering Services LLC is searching for an Administrative Assistant with excellent Microsoft Excel skills to provide administrative duties and database support.

Essential Duties


  • Review, format, and post reports to the databank & local backup drive
  • Convert MS Word documents to PDF and add DRAFT watermarks
  • Download reports to the databank and local backup drive
  • Provide notifications of the availability of reports
  • Catalog and archive electronic copies of final inspection reports and inspection data files
  • Strict adherence to completing actions within specified deadlines
  • Maintain and prepare files and reports to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Track and update schedules for multiple programs
  • Monitor Excel Schedule report and notify leaders of upcoming deadlines
  • Transfer report results to Excel Snapshot file
  • Review and transfer data files (photos, emails, etc.)


Requirements

  • Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities,

preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to create presentations, reports and documents utilizing digital graphics
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents; proofs/edits documents for accuracy, content, and format as well as database management and updating spreadsheets
  • Use office equipment i.e., fax, scanner, videoconferencing (Teams / Zoom etc.), and telephone equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills required as well as maintaining confidentiality of records
  • Work will be conducted in an office environment and travel is not required
