Job description

We are looking for a hands-on AEM UI / Design System Lead to help manage and implement enterprise design systems across AEM, Figma, and Storybook. This person will bridge design and development, ensuring Figma designs translate accurately into reusable, scalable AEM templates and components.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AEM Sites, templates, components and authoring, along with hands-on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. You should be comfortable working with Figma design systems, Storybook component libraries, responsive design, and WCAG/accessibility standards.
This role will work closely with designers, content authors, product teams, and AEM developers to identify gaps, maximize component reuse, guide frontend implementation, and determine when additional styling or custom development is needed.
