Reports to:

Warehouse Manager/Lead

Summary/Objectives:

Teamwork, reliable, efficient and accurate, works well with others and the environment with a

solid work ethic to complete all tasks while complying with internal and external regulations/work

instructions helping achieving department goals.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible to engage in a team effort obtaining efficient product flow from Production to

warehouse and to the customer.

Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (Load, Pack,

Wrap, Label, Ship).

Receiving and processing warehouse stock products and movements between buildings

using WMS.

Keep a clean and Safe working environment and optimize space utilization while

following ingredients certification standards.

Perform Physical Inventory as requested

Follow FIFO Procedures on Finish Product and Raw Materials.

Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, Scissor Lift,

etc.)

Maintain supply flow to production Lines (Raw material, packaging material etc.) and

communicate any kind of problems immediately to your Supervisor.

Cover breaks on a rotating base and any other duties following the instruction of your

Supervisor.

Follow quality service standards (shelf life on FP) and comply with procedures, rules and

regulations.

Complete reports by entering required information (Google Sheets and Forms).

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.


Requirements:

Education and skills required:

Read/write and proven math skills

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

HACCP training

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Experience required:

Forklift

Position Requirements:

Standing 100% of the time.

Continuously lifting cases and ingredients of up to 50lbs.


Capabilities:

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Able to interact politely with work colleagues.

Able to rotate shifts as needed.
