Job description

Inventory & Truck Operations Coordinator (Part-Time Early Morning)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily truck orders and inventory flow in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Approximately 30 hours per week

Pay Range

  • $15.50–$16.50 → entry with some BOH experience
  • $16.50–$17.50 → solid, dependable, some inventory/order experience
  • $17.50–$18.50 → highly organized, proven ordering/inventory ownership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place accurate daily truck orders based on business needs
  • Receive and unload deliveries in a timely manner
  • Organize, rotate, and properly store all products (FIFO)
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and well-organized storage areas
  • Track inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies
  • Work directly with truck vendors to ensure accurate and complete deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding product needs

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented (meticulous is a must)
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and consistent attendance
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed
