Contract Position | Albuquerque, NM | $20/hr

SecurEvent Solutions is hiring Event Safety Team Members for the 2026 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta - one of the world's most iconic massascension events. Our team ensures a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for hundreds of thousands of guests throughout the nineday festival.

We're looking for individuals who are observant, dependable, and confident working in fastpaced environments where professionalism and quick decisionmaking matter.


What You'll Do
  • Monitor event grounds and proactively identify safety concerns
  • Support crowd movement and maintain safe pedestrian flow
  • Manage access control and regulate entry to designated areas
  • Conduct screening procedures for attendees and staff
  • Provide calm, immediate support during incidents or emergencies
  • Enforce event rules and maintain a secure environment
  • Document and report safetyrelated incidents accurately

What Makes You a Strong Candidate
  • Experience in event safety, security, crowd management, or emergency response (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability for October 3–11
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts:
    • AM: 3:30am–11:00am (approx.)
