Job Title: Office Assistant / Administrative Support

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: Starting hourly wage at $19.79, paid weekly and great benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide hands-on administrative and operational support to our office staff and field superintendents. This role requires strong multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed, including maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, document tracking, and information distribution
  • Provide direct administrative support to superintendents, including tracking paperwork, assisting with reports, and coordinating project-related information
  • Manage and respond to email correspondence, ensuring follow-up and proper routing
  • Assist management with special projects as assigned
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate staff members and assist with resolving issues or complaints professionally
  • Maintain and organize hard-copy and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Effectively respond to multiple requests from internal staff and external partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas, including light cleaning duties
  • Demonstrate flexibility by performing general office duties and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required), Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a team-oriented attitude
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain proper work habits and professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to learn new computer systems for tracking, invoicing, and project support

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in the industry preferred but not required
