Job description

Schedule: Seasonal; fall and spring projects

Overview

Field Maintenance Volunteers help manage the northern fields of the HOP Campus by plowing in the fall to reduce weeds, supporting control burns, and assisting with mowing in the spring. This role is critical to maintaining safe, healthy, and usable property space.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with plowing fields in the fall to mitigate weeds
  • Support controlled burn preparations and monitoring
  • Follow mowing schedules in the spring to maintain open fields

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with outdoor, physical work (equipment experience helpful)
