Barback Fieldings Steak
Fieldings Steak is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Barback to support our bar team in delivering polished, efficient, and memorable guest experiences.
The Barback plays a critical role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar. This position requires urgency, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to support bartenders during high-volume service in a fine dining environment.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have 13 years of barback experience. Previous experience in an upscale, fine dining, steakhouse, or high-volume craft cocktail environment is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support bartenders with speed, organization, and professionalism throughout service
  • Stock beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
  • Clean, polish, and maintain glassware to Fieldings standards
  • Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
  • Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking before, during, and after service
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a polished presence
  • Anticipate the needs of the bar team during high-volume periods
  • Follow Fieldings Culinary Group standards, policies, and service expectations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and risk-free working environment for guests and team members
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, bartenders, managers, and fellow team members
  • Receive and apply guest, manager, and team feedback professionally
