Property & Insurance Field Inspector - Copiah County / Crystal Springs Area

National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Copiah County, including Crystal Springs, Hazlehurst, and surrounding areas.

A large portion of the available work in this area consists of straightforward exterior insurance property inspections. These typically involve visiting the property, taking exterior photos, and reporting basic property-condition information.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You'll Do

  • Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
  • Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
  • Report basic exterior property-condition information.
  • Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant when required.
  • Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.

Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
