We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 14531 Forest Blvd in {NAME}, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, and train store associates to maintain high performance standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Create and adjust employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting

Qualifications
