Marketing Coordinator - Commercial Interiors

Position Overview

As a Marketing CoordinatorforInforumyouwillserve as the frontline connection between marketing, our salesforce, and our clients, ensuring thataccurate,timely, and technically sound product and brand information is delivered to drive business growth.This role is highly visible and fast-paced, requiringstrong communicationskills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge across flooring categories into clear, actionable guidance for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary resourcefor sales teams and clients, managing high-volume inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with a focus on responsiveness andquality solutions

  • Provideaccurateand consultative support on product specifications, installation, applications, and brand positioning across multiple flooring categories

  • Partner closely with AccountExecutives, RVPs, and cross-functional teams to fulfill both standardmarketingand custom requests

  • Collaborate with Technical Services, Customer Service, R&D, Samples, and Marketing teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain and continuously improve internal and external-facing resources, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency

  • Support marketing initiatives and strategic projects with a focus on speed, quality, and alignment to market needs

  • Capture customer and salesforce feedback,identifytrends, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relatedfieldorequivalent experience in roles supporting sales teams and clients with product, technical, or marketing-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume customer or client interactionsin a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

  • Strong digital and systemsproficiency(Microsoft Office; experience navigating databases, resource centers, or CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus)

  • Ability to be onsite in Cartersvilleminimum4days a week

Preferred:

  • Exposure to commercial interiors, flooring, architecture/design, or construction industries

  • Familiarity with product specifications or installation processes

  • Experience supporting field sales teams or client-facing roles

  • Basic graphic design or content development experience

  • Experience working in InDesign

  • Experience working with global teams or diverse customer bases
