Job description

Candidates must currently reside within daily commuting distance of our facility at the time of application. Remote options, hybrid schedules, and relocation candidates will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Salesforce Trainer to lead technical enablement, onboarding, and continuous platform education for our operational team. In the restoration industry, real-time data accuracy, immediate field updates, and precise scope/job-costing tracking are critical to insurance claims processing and cash flow. This position requires full-time, 100% in-person presence at our facility to deliver live, hands-on classroom instruction, conduct side-by-side technical coaching, and provide immediate operational support for our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate 100% in-person classroom training, technical onboarding labs, and side-by-side desk coaching to ensure rapid time-to-proficiency across all operational roles.
  • Design, build, and maintain technical training modules, printed quick reference guides, and role-based operational SOPs translating complex Salesforce configurations into clear instructions.
  • Audit end-user data entry (job scope details, equipment tracking, moisture logs, estimate status) to enforce platform compliance, track adoption metrics, and partner with Salesforce Administrators.
  • Partner directly with in-house Salesforce Developer to escalate complex bugs, system modifications, and custom feature requests.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years training end-users on complex CRMs/ operations platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or Field Service platforms) with hands-on Salesforce experience preferred
  • Deep working knowledge of standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, Page Layouts, Flow basics, and the Salesforce Mobile App.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engaging, interactive classroom instruction and 1-on-1 coaching sessions in a physical office setting.
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, trades, or field services is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Instructor credentials preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during live classroom training and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and view computer/tablet screens continuously.
