Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees who will be trained and developed in our lines of business, which may include New Equipment, Modernization, and/or Service to prepare you to succeed in a Field Supervisor role in a branch office.
This role provides immersive, hands-on experience in a field operations environment. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite at customer and construction locations, collaborating with field teams, and learning the responsibilities of a Field Supervisor, including jobsite coordination, safety, customer interaction, and project execution.
Essential Responsibilities
โ€ข Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved
โ€ข Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials
โ€ข Improving field efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
โ€ข Managing labor and material investments within budget
Education
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, and related fields required, which must be awarded prior to start date in July 2027
Basic Qualifications
โ€ข Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
โ€ข Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
โ€ข Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
