Job description

The Field Development Business Improvement Analyst is a business optimization-focused role responsible for improving performance, efficiency, and scalability across all Field Development departments, including Flex Team, Training, Contract Administration, Bidfast, and Financial Compliance. The roles may also support the Sr. Director on roles outside the Field Development umbrella to analyze, diagnose more complex issues and scenarios, improve and implement processes at the Branch level.  This role combines Lean / Six Sigma methodologies with advanced data analysis and automation to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement. The Analyst is responsible for designing and managing structured data streams, developing dashboards that provide clear business visibility, and leading initiatives that translate insights into measurable operational improvements. Works independently under limited supervision and works closely with department leaders and the Senior Director. This role serves as a key driver of data-enabled process optimization, ensuring consistent execution, strong performance management, and scalable business practices across the organization.

This is a remote position due to high level of travel requirements. The posted hiring range represents a general guideline; compensation will be determined using locationbased market data across North America and may vary accordingly.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience in process mapping, data modeling, and dashboard design required
