  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering, two-year associate's degree in electronics;
  • Equivalent trade or military background. HP, A+, MCSE, or other industry certifications are considered a plus.
  • Excellent hands-on mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills combined with a developed analytical thought process.
  • Working knowledge of PC and network systems.
  • Willingness to attend training courses and seminars.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or emergency callouts on an as-needed basis.
  • Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
