Field Service Engineer

Travel throughout North America | Home Based | Overtime Eligible

Do you have experience in cement manufacturing and enjoy solving technical problems in the field?

Fuller Technologies is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support cement plants across North America. You'll work directly with customers to commission equipment, troubleshoot process issues, optimize plant performance, and provide technical expertise on some of the industry's most advanced cement processing equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Commission and start up cement process equipment.

  • Perform plant process audits and recommend operational improvements.

  • Troubleshoot kiln, mill, cooler, burner, and material handling systems.

  • Optimize production, fuel efficiency, emissions, and product quality.

  • Train customers on equipment operation and best practices.

  • Support technical discussions with customers and internal sales teams.

  • Prepare clear technical reports and recommendations.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

  • Experience in cement manufacturing, process engineering, commissioning, production, or continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of cement equipment such as kilns, raw mills, finish mills, VRMs, roller presses, preheaters, coolers, or burners.

  • Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout North America (approximately 70–90%).
