Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools


Location: USA (Regional Travel Required)
Salary: $90,000 Base + Paid Overtime + 5% KPI Bonus


Are you an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer looking to join a growing global machine tool manufacturer?


Jyoti CNC Automation is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support CNC machine tools at customer facilities throughout the region. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers, and traveling, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Install and commission CNC machine tools at customer sites
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and CNC control systems
  • Diagnose issues involving Fanuc, Siemens, servo drives, spindles, PLCs, and related components
  • Train operators and maintenance personnel on machine operation and best practices
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of CNC machine tool field service experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controls
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagnostics
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
