Job description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site and remote maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water treatment equipment. This role requires excellent customer service, technical expertise, and the ability to travel to customer locations to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on water treatment systems.
Deliver high-level customer service, addressing concerns and completing work orders professionally.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment such as water softeners, carbon filters, RO units, pumps, and storage tanks.
Diagnose malfunctions using technical manuals and engineering guidelines to provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records, complete service reports, and manage parts inventory efficiently.
Be available for on-call emergency response as scheduled.
Ensure company vehicle, tools, and test equipment are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Field Service Technician Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC experience, or auto mechanics
- HVAC or Plumbing technical school is a plus
- Ability to lift 100lbs required
- Drivers License Required
- Good customer service/communication skills
