O'Connor & Associates is seeking a customer-focused Field Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) to support our Property Tax Consulting team throughout the Dallas market. This role serves as the primary field representative for our clients, combining exceptional customer service with on-site property visits. You will meet property owners, gather property information, document site conditions, capture photographs, and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards that define O'Connor & Associates. Success in this role requires outstanding communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for helping customers while supporting the property tax appeal process.


Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct scheduled visits to residential and commercial properties.

· Meet with property owners and deliver a professional, customer-first experience.

· Capture interior and exterior photographs and document relevant property characteristics.

· Collect property details, measurements, and supporting information for the property tax appeal process.

· Educate clients on O'Connor's services and answer general questions regarding the appeals process.

· Coordinate appointments and maintain clear communication with clients before and after visits.

· Accurately document field observations and submit reports through company systems.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case processing.

· Represent O'Connor & Associates with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy during every client interaction.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Experience in customer service, field service, real estate, insurance, mortgage, property management, or a related industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

· Proficient with smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience conducting field visits or working directly with property owners.

· Background in real estate, property tax, inspections, or insurance services.

· Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
