Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Referees. Referees are responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and fair experience for all guests during paintball and airsoft games. No prior experience is required-we provide training.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Safety
- Brief players on safety rules and game instructions before each match
- Enforce all safety rules and park policies at all times
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and safe conduct
- Respond quickly and professionally to safety concerns or rule violations
Game & Field Operations
- Organize and manage groups of players on the field
- Start, stop, and supervise games
- Check and maintain field equipment (markers, masks, props, boundaries)
- Assist with basic equipment issues and direct customers to Rentals when needed
Team & Park Support
- Work closely with cashiers, rentals staff, and managers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers
- Help with general park duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with groups
- Strong attention to safety and rules
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active outdoors for extended periods
