THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ELECTRICAL ESTIMATING AND FIELD OPERATIONS LEAD

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional off-hours work as needed.


YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you'll manage field operations, support foremen, and ensure projects meet company standards. You'll estimate costs, prepare bids, and manage material orders at the start of the project. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate scheduling, forecasting, and training while attending meetings for effective communication. You'll also provide guidance on problem-solving during complex tasks and assist clients professionally with any questions.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • State of Michigan Master Electrician
  • Electrical construction estimating experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in project scheduling and manpower allocation
  • Ability to expertly set up and run multiple crews and jobs
  • Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
