The Job:

The Field Operations Manager position you will be working with The Home Depot team working as a hybrid employee. You will aid in delivering sales results for the business by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the business. Specifically, you'll:

  • Responsibility of planning Home Depot MET Projects for multiple business categories including managing preset timelines, writing MLX project instructions, RIGs, SRGs and other supporting documents to facilitate MET project execution.
  • Manage signage and racking (new and existing) for utilization in Home Depot stores.
  • Manage relationships with the Home Depot MET Team.
  • Manage relationships with our merchandising vendors.
  • Manage IMS for both MET project consolidation and stock inventory fulfilment.
  • Manage inventory levels within the internal SBD fulfilment warehouse.
  • Aid in the audit strategy to gain insights into the execution of our MET projects.
  • Involvement in the planning and execution of large scale merchandising resets.
  • Develop and maintain materials to streamline awareness and communication to the Field Sales Team to drive their involvement in key initiatives.
  • Assist in setting POGs in the merchandising showroom.
  • Help transport merchandising sets between offices in the greater ATL metro area.

The Person:
You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales and/or management experience
  • Solid understanding of big box retail
  • Familiar with planning MET projects including process and timelines
  • Experience with POGs & merchandising
  • Strong organization & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail is a must with ability to manage complex Excel files
  • Clear ability to communicate and present out to large groups
