Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for our Milwaukee area market

Bottleless Nation is looking for an experienced individual for our Milwaukee area market. This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments.

Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills, because we offer top notch service!

Principal duties:

  • Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
  • May be required to fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings.
  • Complete the assigned installation, explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
  • Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
  • Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
  • Complete necessary paperwork.
  • Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements:

  • Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer skills, including using MS Office and Excel.
  • Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.
  • Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish job properly.
  • Plumbing experience preferred.
  • Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems highly preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills - we treat our customers with the best service around.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
  • Ascending and descending ladders.
  • Working in small areas.
  • Able to use hands and power tools.
